About the Role:
Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling multiple workers with a large number of clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced organizational skills, scheduling, and multi-tasking are required for this position.
- Accurately and efficiently assessing customer requests and addressing them immediately or escalating as appropriate.
- Scheduling and coordination of service providers to meet client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with team members.
- Providing support and information to internal and external customers from all offices related to CTG programs and services.

Requirements:
- An outstanding commitment to providing excellent client-centered customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Precise attention to detail and efficiency in data entry.
- Knowledge of Medical terminology is an asset.
- Computer and phone literacy.
- Team-oriented.
- A diploma from Community College in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Medical. Office Administration and/or Grade 12 Diploma with related experience.
