Salary Range$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service support, accurate database management, and document control for processing, recording, and managing all investment-related paperwork and data requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and updating account changes in a timely manner
- Corresponding with registered plan trustees regarding registered accounts and required paperwork
- Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external partners in an efficient and effective manner
- Acting as a primary Wealth Services point of contact for transaction management for all SWMI investor accounts

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in financial services customer service and administrative support
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret financial documents and manage multiple projects
- Experience with CRMs or other customer-focused software is an asset
