Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Seaside Concession Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to staff
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of improving profitability and increasing customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration an asset
