Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Whitehills Trucking Ltd. as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and procedures.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Work Prioritization and Coordination: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administrative Activities: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, ability to multitask, and time management.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
