Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Galaxy Homes. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area.
