Program Manager for Inclusive Education

About the Role
The Program Manager for Inclusive Education will lead the development and implementation of inclusive education programs for individuals with diverse abilities. This role will collaborate with the Inclusive Special Needs Program Manager to establish a vision and goals for the program, providing leadership to ensure the program's objectives align with the broader goals of Baitul iLM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Vision: Collaborate with the Inclusive Special Needs Program Manager to establish a vision and goals for the program.
- Team Management: Oversee the professional development and well-being of teaching staff within the program.
- Curriculum Development and Implementation: Work closely with teachers to develop and adapt the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of participants.
- Mentorship and Support: Provide mentorship to teaching staff, offering guidance on inclusive teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Parent and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the Admin Team to establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and the broader community.
- Program Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of the program through ongoing assessment and evaluation.
About You
Principal(s):
- Relevant academic qualifications in education leadership.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teacher Mentors:
- Teaching qualification and experience in inclusive education (preferred not required).
- Knowledge of best practices in inclusive teaching (preferred).
