About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team at See Ya Later Ranch. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, showcasing our wine and hospitality expertise.
  • Tasting room duties include pouring wine samples, maintaining wine and merchandise levels, wine sales, promoting our wine club, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 19 years of age or older.
  • Serving It Right certificate.
  • Passion for people, wine, food, and the hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and strong work ethic required.
  • Courteous, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work weekends throughout the season.
