Job Title: Property Clerk Co-Op

Job Summary:

Hove Street Properties is seeking a detail-oriented student to join our team as a Property Clerk Co-Op. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate management, working closely with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside legal counsel to obtain purchase documents for all real property owned by the Corporation.
  • Create and maintain a property register for each property in the Corporation's legal database.
  • File property documentation on the local network drive, ensuring all records are accurately organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks related to property management and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a business degree. Candidates in their 3rd or 4th year, post-graduate, or Masters program are preferred.
  • A background in legal studies would be advantageous but is not required.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. Administrative skills with a self-directed and organized approach to work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
