Job Title: Marketing Expert for Architectural Lighting Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic marketing efforts for our product portfolio, assisting in research, content creation, and development of marketing assets. Your expertise will be essential in helping us position our products in the architectural lighting market, making them stand out to clients and designers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in architectural lighting.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to position our products in the market.
  • Create clear and compelling product messaging highlighting the unique value propositions of our products.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure successful product launches and updates.
  • Assist in creating product documentation, sales materials, and content for campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in product marketing within the lighting industry or a related technical field (3+ years of experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of lighting principles and relevant certifications (LC, CLD) are an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft technical yet engaging product messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proven project coordination skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work effectively across departments to support product marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, MS Office, and ERP systems.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
