Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
