As a key member of the WSAudiology team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hearing healthcare to our clients. With a passion for delivering Wonderful Sound for All, our team of hearing care professionals is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a hearing care professional with WSAudiology, you will be responsible for providing standardized hearing evaluations, delivering high-quality client care, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • A registrant of CASLPO (College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario) or AHIP (Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario) in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
