Job Title: Freestyle Ski Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freestyle ski coach to join our team at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. This is a seasonal position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while sharing your passion for skiing with others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching skiers of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. You will design and deliver lesson plans that cater to individual needs and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience. Your expertise will help students develop their skills and confidence on the slopes.

A key component of this role is building strong relationships with clients and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Salary: $28-$35 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:
  • Coach skiers of all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CASI certification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
