Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling communication, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and administer VOIP phone systems
  • Respond to and distribute emails
  • Schedule and data entry for inventory, customer data, etc.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and ability to work in different computer-based programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment
  • Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
