Restaurant Operations Leader

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team at Tim Hortons.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position that oversees the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food service management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
LocationThis position is based in a Tim Hortons restaurant located in a busy urban area.
