Asset Protection Representative

Vous rejoignez une équipe de protection des actifs de Loblaw, l'un des plus grands employeurs du pays, où l'authenticité, la confiance et l'établissement de liens sont valorisés.

Responsabilités
  • Détecter, détecter et appréhender les vols et les fraudes dans nos locaux de vente
  • Collaborer avec d'autres représentants de la protection des actifs pour enquêter sur les cas d'ORC provinciaux ou nationaux
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et enquêter sur les investigations internes ; compiler et présenter des preuves pour le but de la cour ou de l'arbitrage
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielles au sein de notre noyau opérationnel de conformité
  • Construire et maintenir des partenariats avec les magasins par le biais de réunions de gestion et de huddles ; former et conseiller les collègues sur les politiques et procédures de protection des actifs
  • Participer à des audits au niveau des magasins
  • Participer à des événements communautaires
  • Disponible pour travailler à divers horaires, y compris jours, soirs, nuits et week-ends (40 heures de travail par semaine)
Compétences requises
  • Permis de gardien de sécurité provincial valide
  • Compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les troubles à la propriété et des pouvoirs d'arrestation et des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Démarche professionnelle, amicale et approchable
  • Haute initiative et intégrité requises pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
