- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Flexibility and organized.
- Ability to work in a rural area.
The successful candidate will work in a rural area with limited public transportation options.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work TermThis is a permanent position.Hours of Work
The successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
