About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Banking Associate to join our team at TD. As a Personal Banking Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Guide customers through the banking process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build trust and confidence with customers by providing expert advice and support.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service targets.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), branch software, and internet.
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
