Job Title: Industrial Mechanic and Millwright

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic and Millwright to join our team at The Bucket Shop Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Work Setting

Our work setting is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on maintaining and repairing complex industrial equipment. You will work in a team environment, collaborating with other maintenance professionals to ensure that our equipment is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
  • Coach and instruct apprentices in the trade
  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in equipment
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Install and commission new equipment and systems
Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
