About the Role

Care24Inc is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a key member of our community support team, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth operation of our programs.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized plans to support their growth and development.
  • Implement life skills workshops and training programs to empower clients to achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate program statistics and contribute to the evaluation and research of our services.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 30 hours per week, permanent position.
