We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Pro Vita Care Management in Penticton.

Job Summary

The LPN will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and happiness of our residents by providing attentive and personalized care. This includes observing, monitoring, and documenting residents' physical and psychological conditions, as well as assisting with personal care and emergency staff scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident health status
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Degree in Practical Nursing from a recognized program
  • Active registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
  • Ongoing commitment to occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
  • Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Effective communication skills in English
