We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to join our team at ServiceTitan, one of the fastest-growing tech startups in Southern California. This highly-visible position will provide timely financial insights and outlook to inform decision making for our company.

About the Role:

  1. Own the Financial Narrative: You will be responsible for the overall financial story, external requests, GAAP vs. Non-GAAP P&L.
  2. Manage Close and Forecast Process: You will manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and forecast processes, providing timely delivery of financial materials and concise commentary to drive decision making.
  3. Work within Finance: You will get exposure to a broad range of areas within the finance team, working closely with the finance team to develop a high-level understanding of all key inputs into the P&L.
  4. Be a Trusted Business Partner: This will involve frequent interactions with the VP FP&A, CFO, Accounting, and Investor Relations teams, partnering with HR on projects related to company bonus and stock-based compensation.
  5. Promote Thought Leadership: You will identify areas for process improvement to scale forecasting and reporting tools, procedures, and methodologies.

About You:

  • You hold a 4-year degree in a relevant field, preferably with strong academic performance, and an MBA or CPA/CFA is preferred.
  • With over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, preferably in SaaS, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a proven track record of providing superior financial and strategic analysis across Corporate FP&A.

  • A competitive salary of $136,000 CAD - $204,000 CAD per year, depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
