  • Enforce policies and procedures and address customer complaints
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and establish work schedules
  • Organize and maintain inventory and schedule duties of housekeeping staff
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and recruit, organize, train and manage staff

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
