**Job Summary**

Alteo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure and supervising a team of technical support specialists.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technical support specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement IT projects to improve our infrastructure and services.
  • Coordinate IT operations and ensure seamless communication between teams.
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation for IT systems and equipment.
  • Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and platforms.

**Requirements:**

  • DEC in IT or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in server/network administration and IT support.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project and support team management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and MacOsX computer systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and wide area networks, wired and wireless.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and priority management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and enjoy a challenge.
  • Possess a vehicle and be available to travel between different sites in Quebec.
