Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and onboard new properties, including creating property profiles and setting up unit/owner information in our accounting system.
  • Execute processes and conduct controls to facilitate the pre-authorized collection process, collecting fees from condo owners.
  • Act as the point person with utility providers, coordinating with developers and previous management companies to retrieve documentation for utility bills.
  • Run automations to support the accounting teams in the Ontario Support Centre, streamlining and strengthening processes with support from the Team Lead.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
  • Conduct business with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
  • Perform or assist with operations to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain knowledge of new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
  • Perform special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree from a post-secondary education institution (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products, specifically Excel.
  • Adept at using technology to increase efficiency.
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset.
