Training and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating training scheduling and registration processes, ensuring seamless communication with sector admin representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training scheduling and registration processes
- Liaise with sector admin representatives to ensure end-users are registered for correct training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Training Coordinator on projects
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent organizational and SharePoint skills
- MS Teams and Outlook knowledge and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with experience in fast-paced projects
- Able to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
- Flexible and able to adapt to constant change
