The Senior Vice President of Account Service will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing, directing and executing the sales strategy. This individual will work closely with the CEO and management team to develop specific plans and strategies for market capture, achieve aggressive revenue and profit objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success selling enterprise-level digital IT solutions to a North American audience. They will be responsible for establishing and implementing repeatable, scalable sales processes with measurable metrics and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization, focusing on recruitment, training and development of sales teams.
- Establish and track sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, leveraging expertise from marketing, product and delivery.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the digital IT sector.
- A strong track record of driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, computer science).
Salary Estimate: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
