Healthcare Nutrition Specialist

Verve Senior Living seeks a skilled part-time Registered Dietician to work with our senior residents in our Long Term Care Facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent nutrition knowledge and be able to deliver exceptional care.

About the Role

This is a contract part-time position offering a competitive $60,000 - $70,000 per year salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional support to our residents, working closely with our healthcare team to develop personalized meal plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct nutritional assessments of residents and develop tailored meal plans
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal nutrition
  3. Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in dietetics or related field
  • Current registration as a Registered Dietician (RD) in Canada
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
