Kitchen Team Member

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our kitchen team at 2 For 1 FAMILY PIZZA. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
About the Role:- This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 35 to 40 hours per week.
- The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- You will be fluent in English as this is the primary language used in the workplace.
- Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including work areas, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Package take-out food for customers.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to a high standard.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking.
- Degree: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
This is a fast-paced kitchen environment, and you will be required to work efficiently in a team setting. You must be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
