Sipply is an innovative AI-powered wine pairing platform revolutionizing the way people discover their perfect pairings. As a Part-Time Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Sipply's brand presence and contributing to its growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across various platforms to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, interact with our followers, and monitor conversations about our brand and industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
  • Explore influencer marketing partnerships by discovering and managing relevant social media accounts.
Content Creation
  • Generate innovative ideas for social media content and shape our overall social media strategy, including Reel creation and collaboration with our design team.
  • Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing templates for social media posts and partnership decks, leveraging tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Investigate the use of AI tools to streamline content creation and optimize our workflow.
  • Draft and send engaging marketing emails to our subscriber base.
Paid Advertising Campaigns
  • Create, execute, and report on ad campaigns across platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and optimize ad creative, maximizing impact and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Run regular reports on progress and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in content creation and social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit our brand voice.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work between 5-10 hours per week.
  • Based in Vancouver or willing to work remotely with flexible availability.
Compensation and Benefits
