Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Associate to join our team at 0997493BC Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, stock linen closet, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies.
  • Guest Services: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Training and Development: Will train on the job.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
