Restaurant Operations Manager

Tim Hortons is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the JobThis permanent position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, and up to 40 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling and manage balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and provide coaching and development opportunities where needed.
- Cost products and services effectively to maintain profit margins while providing high-quality offerings to customers.
- Enforce liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Maintain inventory levels and organize stockroom operations to minimize waste and optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers from harm.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively and responding to customer needs.
- Recruit, select, and train new hires to build a skilled and engaged team.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Manage stress and pressure to meet targets and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Lift heavy loads and handle equipment safely to prevent injury.
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day to stay active and focused.

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant education or certification preferred.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field required.
- Equivalent experience may be considered for candidates with transferable skills and qualifications.
