Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Happiness Floral and Balloon Studio Inc is seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience.
  • Develop Policies: Collaborate with our team to develop policies and procedures that align with our marketing goals.
  • Prepare Written Material: Create high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Publicize Events: Promote our events, workshops, and meetings to raise awareness and drive attendance.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Assist in Content Creation: Support the creation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to drive engagement and sales.
  • Conduct Surveys: Gather and analyze data from public opinion and attitude surveys to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Create a portfolio of marketing materials, including social media content and email campaigns.
  • Evaluate Customer Service: Assess and improve our customer service and store environments to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Design Research Projects: Develop and implement quantitative and qualitative research projects to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including e-commerce and website promotions.
  • Maintain Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients after the sale.
