Flowserve Leduc Alberta repair center excels in repairing and upgrading complex rotating equipment, providing crucial support to the industry.

We seek a highly motivated Rotating Equipment Repair Specialist to join our team at our Leduc facility, working closely with experienced engineers to develop repair scopes for rotating equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical engineering skills, with at least one work term completed. Additionally, they must be skilled in Microsoft applications, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Responsibilities of this role include generating repair scopes, interpreting drawings, creating quality assurance documents, tracking project progress, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred qualifications include experience with rotating equipment and/or the petroleum industry, as well as the ability to work full-time for at least 8 months. The successful candidate will also be required to wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.

In terms of compensation, we offer a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on national averages and takes into account the cost of living in the Leduc area. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or near-graduate of a mechanical engineering program, with a strong academic record and relevant work experience. They will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
