Restaurant Supervisor

O/A Mexicali rosa's is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Leadership: Hire food service staff, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have initiative.
