Job Description

We are seeking a Keyholder to join our team at Exhibition Plaza. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales, and ensuring visual standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding shopping experience, fostering positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met and maintained
  • Responsible for store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience (an asset)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while committed to creating an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
