Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team at Sinai Health. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled MRI Technologist to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology to produce exceptional patient care experiences. You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring patient and staff safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct high-quality diagnostic imaging exams using MRI equipment
  2. Ensure patient and staff safety in and around the MRI environment
  3. Provide exceptional patient care and education
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all aspects of MR examinations
Requirements
  • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO)
  • Medical Radiation Technologist (MR) designation
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Level II certificate
  • Cross-sectional anatomy course
  • Contrast injection course
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent experience as a practicing MRI technologist

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
