Job Summary:

Interior Health has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Part Time (0.48 FTE) CLXT in Merritt, B.C. If you have successfully completed a recognized Combined Lab/X-Ray CLXT program and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then we would love to hear from you.

This position will work rotating day and evening shifts with the shift times being 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 15:59 to 23:59.

Key Responsibilities:

The CLXT will perform a variety of routine laboratory, x-ray and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and standards as defined by respective service and accrediting bodies. The CLXT also performs routine and preventative maintenance of equipment and troubleshoots equipment problems as required.

Effective April 01, 2024 – the hourly wage for CLXTs will be $36.69 - $45.81
