Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at GEAR-UP LOGISTIX. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Environment

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
