Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to join our team at the Staff of Life Health Food Bakery. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and baking of high-quality bread, pastries, and other baked goods.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a team of bakers, requisitioning materials and supplies, and ensuring that products meet our established standards.

In addition to your baking skills, you will also be responsible for supervising sales and merchandising of baked goods, hiring and dismissing staff, and overseeing the overall quality of our products.
