Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to join our team at Inverary Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments
  • Assist with patient care tasks, such as making beds and maintaining patient rooms
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and transport patients between care facilities
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and collect specimens
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a nursing home or home for the aged
  • Excellent oral communication skills and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
