Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team at SHAWN'S BARBERSHOP. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting and styling services to our clients.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze hair and scalp condition to provide personalized recommendations
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide other hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
