Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SHIV BRAR PERSONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and travel arrangements, as well as maintaining office supplies and information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Will train
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
