Job Description

  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills to provide administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity.
  • Office Operations
    • Maintain the organization and tidiness of our office, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
