About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for directing and advising staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services. They will also plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and advise staff: The Administrative Services Director will lead a team of staff members and provide guidance on administrative tasks such as records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related services.
- Plan and administer budgets: The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports: The Administrative Services Director will prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in managing administrative services and leading teams. A strong background in finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related fields is essential.
