At BrightPath Kids Canada, we offer a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Assistant Director. As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality care and education for children in our center.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with experience in early childhood education to lead our center's daily operations, staff development, and overall excellence.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and community partners.
  • Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general communications.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing and ensuring completion of training for all staff members, as well as enforcing province regulations within the building.

Key Requirements:

  • A Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a good standing membership with the Ontario College of ECE
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and regulations
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment
  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
