As an Administrative Assistant, you will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business as a trusted advisor.

The Role

This diverse role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical activities, such as reviewing and preparing comprehensive templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materials.

You will also record minutes at meetings, distribute or archive them accordingly, maintain electronic and paper filing systems, manage multiple calendars, coordinate travel arrangements and reservations, and contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require post-secondary education in administration, which is considered an asset, along with 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment.

You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
