About the RoleAs a Store Manager at Winners, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. You will be accountable for managing store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and employee development
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
- Collaborate with district managers and other store managers to share best practices and drive business results
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
