Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Subway. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing equipment, materials, and business services, assessing requirements, developing specifications, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services from reputable suppliers.
  • Assess business needs to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate quotations and contract terms, driving cost savings and quality improvements.
  • Evaluate quotations and award contracts to the most suitable parties based on price, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Determine contract terms and conditions, including payment schedules and dispute resolution processes.
  • Establish and manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
  • Maintain open communication with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Work Details:

  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
