About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our logistics operations. As an Administrative Assistant - Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics team, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management;
  • To maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and efficient processing of information;
  • To prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as required;
  • To receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
  • To maintain inventory of supplies and order office materials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records and databases.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Majhail Freightways Ltd. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
