Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Milton, ON. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that support the development of children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Assess children's abilities, interests, and needs, and discuss progress with parents and staff
  • Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, and families
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized classroom

Requirements:

  • Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with Ontario College of ECE membership
  • 2 years of experience in infant, toddler, and/or preschool programs
  • Meet province requirements for childcare employment
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health Requirements
